What if I enter my PIN incorrectly and my Card gets blocked?

If you enter the wrong PIN at a point of sale terminal and your Card becomes blocked, you will need to retrieve your PIN, then visit any financial institution's chip-enabled ATM displaying the Visa logo and conduct a balance inquiry or cash advance using the correct PIN to unblock the Card.

If you enter the wrong PIN at an ATM and your Card becomes blocked, you will need to call Cardholder Services to have the Card unblocked.

Please contact Cardholder Services if your PIN becomes compromised or is shared with unauthorized users.
