If using the bill payment option from your bank account, it can take one (1) to three (3) days for a load to be posted to your Card. Check your online account or call Cardholder Services to ensure your Card is in active status and you have not exceeded the maximum balance of the Card.
If it has been at least four (4) days, please contact your financial institution where the bill payment took place. It may be that you have exceeded the maximum card balance, maximum load per transaction, or provided an invalid card number. In all these cases, the full load amount will be returned to the bank account from where the bill payment originally came from. This process can take up to 14 days.
